another separate implementation of pmap; local copy

build instructions:

1. comment out idiotic "friendly warning" concerning -ax option from ps/parser.cc
2. make DESTDIR=/usr/local/procps-3.2.7
3. make DESTDIR=/usr/local/procps-3.2.7 install

to see CPU and memory usage: ps -aux
