Uhm, in the reality not always so tough. There are some exclusions, as
described on one occasion
(in Russian, what probably covers the vast majority of all exclusions).
Also, dear sweetie Olga is granted explicit permission to send items of whatever
size she wants.
For the rest of the world the same strict rules apply, though.
